JustMed
A youth-led initiative supporting small-scale fishers through field research, storytelling, and sustainability action.
What is JustMed?
JustMed is a youth-led initiative that amplifies the voices of Moroccan small-scale fishers during the shift toward sustainable practices.
Launched under the Young Civil Society Leadership Programme (YCSLP), and supported by the Anna Lindh Foundation and the European Union, the project engages university students in field research, community storytelling, and digital advocacy β all aimed at ensuring that no one is left behind in the green transition.

A Just Transition Starts at Sea π
We believe a just transition means putting people and communities at the heart of climate and economic change.
In Moroccoβs fishing communities, this means listening to those most affected β the fishers β and empowering youth to lead solutions.
